Vizi Player is a player for media you already have: you add an M3U playlist or an Xtream-style login you're entitled to use, and Vizi plays it. Like every player discussed here, it has no channels of its own and comes empty.
Where it runs
- Apple TV (tvOS 18 or later), iPhone and iPad, from the App Store
- Android phones, tablets, Android TV and Google TV (Android 8 or later), from Google Play
- Fire TV, LG and Samsung TVs are listed as coming soon
What it does
- Several playlists browsed together, with search across all of them and Continue Watching
- Live TV grouped the way your source groups it, with a TV guide where the source provides one
- Films and series with posters, ratings and plots where the source supplies them
- Multiview: up to four streams at once, if your source allows that many connections
- Two playback engines, for formats some players won't open
- Link a playlist with a short code instead of typing a long server address on a TV remote
- An account is optional, and only needed for kids profiles
Free and Vizi+
The free version shows adverts, and you can watch one advert to unlock most features for an hour. Vizi+ removes adverts and adds downloads, live TV recording, programme reminders, the full guide with catch-up (where your source records it), favourites, Picture in Picture, AirPlay, kids profiles and parental controls. UK prices on the developer's site: £1.99 a month, £14.99 a year or £29.99 once for Lifetime. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

The usual rule applies: Vizi, like any player, must only be used with sources you have the right to watch. For setting up a player in general, see IPTV player apps compared and the Apple TV player setup guide.
