Quick answer: Start a reply (or a new thread in Site feedback) saying what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected. For bugs, add your device, browser and the page address.
What's useful to post here
- Bugs. A page that won't load, a button that does nothing, a notification that never arrives, something that looks wrong on your phone or TV browser.
- Missing guides. A device, app or problem you couldn't find a guide or thread for. Specific is best: "Kodi 21 on a Shield, guide data goes blank after a day" beats "more Kodi stuff".
- Feature ideas. Anything that would make finding answers or helping others easier.
- Wrong or out-of-date information. Menus and apps change often. If a guide or thread no longer matches what you see on screen, say which step and what you see instead.
How to report a bug so we can fix it fast
- The page address (copy it from your browser).
- Your device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome".
- What you did, step by step, and what happened.
- A screenshot if you can. Blank out anything personal first.
What doesn't belong here
The forum's main rule still applies: no naming, recommending or asking about IPTV services or providers, and no playlists, links or logins. Questions about a device or app go in its own category, where more people will see them.
